Vialry Terms & EULA

A journal, not medical advice

Vialry records information you enter and can show same-unit subtraction over your saved starting amount and logged entries. It does not calculate concentration, dose, or draw amount. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, monitor a medical condition, or replace a qualified health professional.

Vialry does not recommend a dose, draw amount, concentration, injection site, schedule, medication, supplier, or treatment. Confirm your plan, technique, and any change with your licensed clinician or pharmacist.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking entries, units, dates, reminders, exports, and arithmetic against the source information you trust. A reminder is based only on the plan you saved and is not a safety alert or instruction to take anything.

Do not use Vialry for emergencies. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate health professional when urgent help is needed.

Free and Pro features

Vialry provides a useful free core journal and data export. It may offer optional Pro features through auto-renewable monthly or annual subscriptions purchased only through Apple In-App Purchase.

The app shows the current feature set, price, renewal period, and any eligible introductory offer before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that end.

Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings and use Restore Purchases in Vialry to restore an eligible entitlement. Refund decisions are handled by Apple under its policies.

Acceptable use

Use Vialry only for lawful personal record-keeping. Do not probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

We may limit access needed to protect users or the service. We will not intentionally block your ability to export local journal data as a punishment for ending Pro.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Vialry reliable, but software, devices, reminders, networks, and optional hosted features can fail. Keep any independent records your care requires and review exports before relying on them.

To the extent permitted by law, Vialry is provided without a guarantee that it will meet a clinical, regulatory, or record-retention requirement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Licence and changes

Your use is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where it applies. We may change features or these terms as the product and law evolve; material changes will be dated and communicated appropriately.

If you do not accept updated terms, stop using hosted features, export any records you need, and delete your account where available.
