Contact support

Email mitsi@keenshift.ai with “Vialry” in the subject. Include the app version and a description of what happened, but do not email private journal details you do not want to share.

Support replies are not a clinical or emergency service. Do not delay contacting an appropriate health professional while waiting for an app-support response.

Records and export

Use the edit action on an entry to correct it. Export tools live in the app's data and reports area; raw data export is not withheld behind a subscription.

Vialry never silently combines records saved in different units. If a total cannot be reconciled safely, the app leaves the units separate.

Purchases

Use Restore Purchases in Vialry after reinstalling or changing devices. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refunds through your Apple account.

The app displays the current price, renewal period, and any trial eligibility supplied by Apple before you confirm a purchase.

Delete your data

In account-enabled versions, use Settings > Protected continuity > Delete account & synced data. If your installed version has no hosted account, use the in-app local-data deletion control or remove the app and its data through iOS.

If you cannot access the app, contact mitsi@keenshift.ai for navigation help. Support cannot identify a pseudonymous Sign in with Apple account from an email address and cannot remotely erase an on-device-only journal.
